Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Each farm home is pet friendly and allows up to two furry friends. Our pet fee is $35 and covers up to two (2) pets for the entirety for your stay. We do ask that they remain on leash as we have a farm dog that roams freely around the property.

Do they have AC?

Yes- we have installed mini split units in each house to give our guests complete control of the internal temperature for optimal comfort.

Can I have guests come over?

We understand that visitors are common with large group bookings. We are happy to allow visitors so long as they do not stay overnight without informing our Guest Services staff and that they vacate the premises before 10:00pm. We also have a strict no parties or disruptive noise policy that we ask of all our guests. If you have further questions about the nature of your booking, please contact us at 423-251-5287.

How many bedrooms are in the Farm House?

There are five total bedrooms in the large Farm house, four of which have their own beds. There are two king beds on the main floor- each with an ensuite bathroom. There are two queens on the second floor, with the master featuring an ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom features two trundle twins, totaling four twins. The guest bedroom and this bedroom share a bathroom.

How many bedrooms are in the A-Frame House?

There are two queen bedrooms in the downstairs area that share a bathroom. The open loft upstairs features two queen beds with the bathroom to the immediate right at the bottom of the stairs.

Are the kitchens fully equipped?

Yes! Each kitchen comes with a full sized refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, combination Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, ample counter space, knife block set, and kitchen and dining ware for cooking and serving. Both homes have a dining room table to share a meal with all your guests! The large Farm House also features a spacious covered porch with a dining table for outside dining.

Is there a washer and dryer?

Our large Farm House does have in-unit laundry facilities, however the A-Frame house does not. Guests staying with us in the A-Frame are more than welcome to use the guest laundry facility located in front of the community field, to the left of the market.

Is there a hot tub?

Neither of our farm homes feature a hot tub at this time. During open season however, guests are welcome to use the shared pool in between the units!

What if I have a trailer or vehicle in tow?

Not a problem at all! You can park your trailer or extra vehicle down at the large overflow gravel lot located in front of staff housing by the chain link fence.

How far are you from downtown?

We are located just 15 minutes from downtown, with interstate access just 5 minutes down the road. We are also situated right in Lookout Valley and are 10 minutes away from Lookout Mountain’s Scenic Hwy. access road!
